01. Individual Customer

  • Customer’s Passport size photo

  • Self-attested Aadhaar copy of the customer

  • Self-attested Driving license/PAN copy of the customer

02. Organization

  • Passport size photo of the Signing Authority

  • GST copy along with the Company’s seal & signature of the Signing Authority

  • Signing Authority’s photo along with an ID proof (Self-attested copy of Aadhaar, Driving license/PAN)

  • Turn off the modem & the router
  • Re-insert all plug-ins.
  • Restart the modem & router after 2-5 mins
  • Check the connection
  • If still issue persists, contact support department
